If for any reason the student needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, it must be canceled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, there will be a $50 Cancellation Fee at the discretion of the owner and instructor. If the fee is not paid upon cancellation, Yolanda's Driving School can nullify the package agreement with or without refunding the remaining value of the package amount already paid. There is also a $50 Returned Check Fee.

There will be no refunds after a package has been purchased and lesson time has commenced.

The student will have 12 months from the time of receipt of payment to finish all lesson time. If exceeded,  the lesson will be considered abandoned and will no longer be honored.

By making a purchase, the purchaser agrees to these terms and conditions.
