If for any reason the student needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, it needs to be canceled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, there will be a $50 cancellation fee at the discretion of the owner and instructor. If the fee is not paid upon cancellation, Yolanda's Driving School can nullify the package agreement with or without refunding the remaining value of the package amount already paid.

The Returned Check Fee is $50.

There will be no refunds after a package has been purchased and lesson time has commenced.

The student will have 12 months from the time of receipt of payment to finish all lesson time. After which, the lesson will be considered abandoned and will no longer be honored.
