An evaluation may be required in California if there are indications of driver impairment due to age, based on a report by a law enforcement officer, a physician, or a family member.

If for any reason the driver needs to cancel or re-schedule a lesson, it needs to be cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, otherwise there will be a $50 cancellation fee at the discretion of the owner and instructor.
